Our processing and dispatch commences from the moment we receive credit card authorisation and verification.

We aim to process and dispatch your order within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday, once your order is accepted and the stock is available.

Tracking my order

All orders will receive a tracking number via text from Australia Post when mobile numbers are provided during the ordering process.


Refunds + Exchanges

Returning a product is easy, please make sure you send your unopened product back within 28 days of receiving your order to PO BOX 286, BYRON BAY, NSW 2481.

Please ensure to contact us with your intention to return via our contact form on the contact page to ensure prompt refund upon us receiving the returned item(s).

Please note shipping costs, taxes and import duties are not included in the refund.


What can I return or exchange?

As our products are ingestible, Byron Inspired Pty Ltd will only accept returns and exchanges for re-saleable conditioned products that are sealed and unused.


When can I expect my refund?

One of our representatives will contact you and your refund, once approved are processed back to the method of payment used when placing your original order (Credit Card). Credit card refunds can take up to 2 weeks from processing to be visible on your credit card statement, depending on your financial institution. Once processed, you will receive an email notification.


Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders are often processed and shipped within the hour, please make sure your order is correct, as we are limited in our ability to make changes to order once processed.

However, we will endeavour to do our best to accommodate any of your needs.

One of our customer service representatives will aim to respond within 48 hours, Monday through Friday (Australia).


Availability of Product

We pride ourselves on getting product to our customers promptly.

If our popular products are out of stock for any reason when you place your order, you will receive an email response advising you of estimated delivery time.



Prices on our website are all quoted in in Australian Dollars (AUD). Byron Inspired Pty Ltd accepts Visa and Mastercard.


You can also choose to pay with Afterpay. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to Afterpay. Please make sure to review the amount shown before clicking on the ‘Pay Now’ button.

For our International customers your credit card statement will reflect the amount in your currency post purchase.

Byron Inspired Pty Ltd trades independently within Australia and cannot advise customers on custom charges, taxes or other duties that may apply to other countries, as such, we advise you to source this information prior to purchasing. Prices are subject to change without notice.
